Speaking of weird dudes this happened a few months ago but it is so wonderful I have to type about it to myself so I don't forget. At my work we have a lot of regulars. Some are pretty crazy. One of the strangest and one of my favorites is named Mike. We call him "Bad Time Mike". He's been coming in for like 14 years or something crazy...as long as MSB has been open. He always gets a poppy seed bagel with butter. Anyway for 14 years he's been giving us "a bad time". Every time he comes in the door he says to whoever is working "I'm gonna give you a bad time". and then he goes "I'm your meanest customer, ain't I?" and he always says "CHUCKEEE!" in this high pitched voice I don't know what it's from but it's from something. Also, he always says "Bah humbug". He just repeats these same phrases over and over again and has been for 14 years. Well he rambles about other things too.. he's not limited to just those things...maybe like 75%. I've been there a year and I'm already sick of it. We have to respond with "Oh no Mike don't give me a bad time give someone else a bad time" or "Yeah Mike you are by far the meanest customer ever!" you can imagine how some of my superiors feel who have been there a long time. Anyway! One day he came in and told my supervisor this wonderful thing. It went something like this..."I had a dream about you and Shauna last night. I don't remember much but when I was done with you, you both were in diapers. How do you feel about that?"
Not only is that the creepiest thing of my life but it's even better that bad time Mike said it cause he is such a bizarre dude who knows what's going on? Not me.
